• Please arrive at your reserved time
• Hours: Mon–Fri 6am–6pm  |  Sat–Sun 8:30am–3:15pm
• Enter the complex off S. Figueroa Street and take a parking ticket at the gate
• 🅿️ Parking is FREE — but you must get your ticket validated before leaving. See Step 3 for details.
• 🌙 Arriving after hours? Drive to the intercom, press A → press Call for the security guard. No answer? Call 424-482-0586
• Take the elevator to the 3rd floor — turn toward the double black doors labeled "DTLA Office Suites at The Park"
• Turn LEFT before those doors and head down the walkway — at the end on the right is a door with a keypad
• 🚪 Keypad code: 2479 — enter at the walkway door, then use 2479 again on the keypad above the door handle of Suite 310M (look for the SureFire CPR sticker on the glass)

2. Start your skills session and follow the manikin's real-time prompts
3. No instructor present — helpful videos are in the room (scan the QR code on the wall)

You will be tested on:

1. Your card is available immediately after passing
2. Email it directly from our computer
3. Log out of your account before leaving
4. Take a parking validation card from the office before you head out
5. Bring it to the security guard at the 1st floor of the parking garage — they will validate your ticket so you can exit for free
