Your Upcoming Skills — What You Need to Know
Follow the steps below and you'll be certified before you know it.
Step 1 — Arrive for Skills Testing ▾
- Please arrive at your reserved time

🅿️ Parking is gated and FREE — take a ticket on the way in and park anywhere. You'll need your ticket validated at the front desk before leaving.

🚪 If arriving outside 9am–5pm, use code: 1235# — keypad is on the left side of the front door
- Through the entryway double doors → first left → at the picture of the monkey, turn right → pass the copy machine → left down the hall → Suite 123 is the fourth door on the left
- Our suite door will be unlocked

Step 2 — Complete Your Skills ▾
- Log in to the computer using the same credentials
- Start your skills session and follow the manikin's real-time prompts
- No instructor present — helpful videos are in the room (scan the QR code on the wall)

Step 3 — Get Your Certification Card ▾
- Your card is available immediately after passing
- Email it directly from our computer
- Log out of your account before leaving
A Few Things to Know Before You Go:
💪 Don't stress if you don't pass the first time — most students need a few attempts. You can retry as many times as you need. Also, if you need a rest break, take it!
⚠️ CPR is physical. If you have wrist, arm, or shoulder discomfort, consider waiting until you feel your best. For those unable to physically pass, we offer a BLS Advisor certification card as an alternative.
💧 Bring Water — staying hydrated helps you perform your best!
