What will I learn in the ACLS course?

When do I get my card?
You'll receive your American Heart Association ACLS eCard immediately after completing the skills session, sent to the email address of your choice—no waiting!
How is the course offered 24 hours a day?
We offer 24/7 availability for skills sessions because the online portion is completed at home, allowing flexibility. The hands-on skills session, which typically takes 20-45 minutes, is scheduled separately and offered every hour. Each appointment is allotted one hour, and most of our locations are open 24/7. If you schedule a session outside of regular business hours, you'll receive an access code to enter the building.

How can I complete my skills session without an instructor present?
You’ll be using an American Heart Association Live Feedback Manikin, which will guide you through the 3 required skills and provide real-time feedback. No need to bring any equipment—everything is provided on-site.
