  • We are inside Phenix Salon Suites – Studio 118
  • 🏛️ Phenix Salons Suites Entrance Note: There is no need to enter the mall — Phenix Salon Suites has its own entrance door near Blaze Pizza. The door is located underneath the bridge, directly in front of the parking lot.
  • 🚪 Front door code: 3417 — enter the code on the keypad to unlock the entrance
  • 🏢 Finding Studio 118: Once you are in the lobby, make a left, then make a right. Studio 118 will be the first studio on your right.
  • Once inside, our suite door will be unlocked

Step 2 — Complete Your Skills ▾
  1. Log in to the computer using the same credentials
  2. Start your skills session and follow the manikin's real-time prompts
  3. No instructor present — helpful videos are in the room (scan the QR code on the wall)

Step 3 — Get Your Certification Card ▾
  1. Your card is available immediately after passing
  2. Email it directly from our computer
  3. Log out of your account before leaving

A Few Things to Know Before You Go:

💪 Don't stress if you don't pass the first time — most students need a few attempts. You can retry as many times as you need. Also, if you need a rest break, take it!

⚠️ CPR is physical. If you have wrist, arm, or shoulder discomfort, consider waiting until you feel your best. For those unable to physically pass, we offer a BLS Advisor certification card as an alternative.

💧 Bring Water — staying hydrated helps you perform your best!
