- Please arrive at your reserved time
- Building hours: MondayβFriday, 8amβ6pm
- The building entrance faces Front Street β if entering off Firestone Blvd, drive around to the back of the parking lot to enter the second building (view parking photo here)
- Go through the entryway door and take the elevator to the 3rd floor
- Out of the elevator, face the wall with two hallways β take the left hallway labeled "3015β3040"
- Follow to the last door on the right β Suite 3025

- Once inside, turn left and follow the hallway straight to the end β Office G is the last door

Step 2 β Complete Your Skills βΎ
- Log in to the computer using the same credentials
- Start your skills session and follow the manikin's real-time prompts
- No instructor present β helpful videos are in the room (scan the QR code on the wall)

Step 3 β Get Your Certification Card βΎ
- Your card is available immediately after passing
- Email it directly from our computer
- Log out of your account before leaving
A Few Things to Know Before You Go:
πͺ Don't stress if you don't pass the first time β most students need a few attempts. You can retry as many times as you need. Also, if you need a rest break, take it!
β οΈ CPR is physical. If you have wrist, arm, or shoulder discomfort, consider waiting until you feel your best. For those unable to physically pass, we offer a BLS Advisor certification card as an alternative.
