  • 🕐 The building is unlocked during the following hours:
    • Mon: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Tue: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Wed: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Thu: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Fri: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Sat: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Sun: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    🚪 If the front door is locked, use code: 101926 (press enter arrow key) — keypad is at the main entrance

  • 🏢 Finding Ste 20: Once in the lobby, turn left. When you reach the end of the hall, turn right and continue down the hall. When you reach the bathrooms, turn right again. After a few steps, turn left, and you will find Room 20 on the right-hand side.
  • Once inside, our suite door will be unlocked

Step 2 — Complete Your Skills ▾
  1. Log in to the computer using the same credentials
  2. Start your skills session and follow the manikin's real-time prompts
  3. No instructor present — helpful videos are in the room (scan the QR code on the wall)

Step 3 — Get Your Certification Card ▾
  1. Your card is available immediately after passing
  2. Email it directly from our computer
  3. Log out of your account before leaving

A Few Things to Know Before You Go:

💪 Don't stress if you don't pass the first time — most students need a few attempts. You can retry as many times as you need. Also, if you need a rest break, take it!

⚠️ CPR is physical. If you have wrist, arm, or shoulder discomfort, consider waiting until you feel your best. For those unable to physically pass, we offer a BLS Advisor certification card as an alternative.

💧 Bring Water — staying hydrated helps you perform your best!
