  • Please arrive at your reserved time
  • We are inside Phenix Salon Suites – Suite 802
    • 🚪 Business Hours:  Monday to Saturday: 7:00 a.m. — 7:00 p.m.  Sunday: 7:00 a.m. — 3:00 p.m. 
  • Our suite is located on the 2nd floor, once you enter the building, you'll see both the elevator and the stairs; feel free to use whichever is more convenient. When you reach the second floor, turn right, and you'll see the main entrance to Phenix Salon Suites. Enter through the double doors, then turn left. Our suite is the second suite on the right-hand side; look for Suite 802
  • Once inside, our suite door will be unlocked

Step 2 — Complete Your Skills ▾
  1. Log in to the computer using the same credentials
  2. Start your skills session and follow the manikin's real-time prompts
  3. No instructor present — helpful videos are in the room (scan the QR code on the wall)

Step 3 — Get Your Certification Card ▾
  1. Your card is available immediately after passing
  2. Email it directly from our computer
  3. Log out of your account before leaving

A Few Things to Know Before You Go:

💪 Don't stress if you don't pass the first time — most students need a few attempts. You can retry as many times as you need. Also, if you need a rest break, take it!

⚠️ CPR is physical. If you have wrist, arm, or shoulder discomfort, consider waiting until you feel your best. For those unable to physically pass, we offer a BLS Advisor certification card as an alternative.

💧 Bring Water — staying hydrated helps you perform your best!
