  • 🕐 Building Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM  |  Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM 

    🚪 If the front door is locked, use code: 7240# or 4326# — keypad is at the main entrance

  • 🏢 Finding Suite 9: Once inside the building, pass through the two doors to reach the lobby. Turn left, and you will find Room 9 on the left-hand side.
  • Once inside, our suite door will be unlocked

Step 2 — Complete Your Skills ▾
  1. Log in to the computer using the same credentials
  2. Start your skills session and follow the manikin's real-time prompts
  3. No instructor present — helpful videos are in the room (scan the QR code on the wall)

Step 3 — Get Your Certification Card ▾
  1. Your card is available immediately after passing
  2. Email it directly from our computer
  3. Log out of your account before leaving

A Few Things to Know Before You Go:

💪 Don't stress if you don't pass the first time — most students need a few attempts. You can retry as many times as you need. Also, if you need a rest break, take it!

⚠️ CPR is physical. If you have wrist, arm, or shoulder discomfort, consider waiting until you feel your best. For those unable to physically pass, we offer a BLS Advisor certification card as an alternative.

💧 Bring Water — staying hydrated helps you perform your best!
