Step 1 — Arrive for Skills Testing ▾

  • Please arrive at your reserved time
  • We are inside Phenix Salon Suites – Suite 129 on Level 1 of the mall
  • 🚪 The front door is usually unlocked — if locked, enter code 2504# on the pin pad to the right of the door
  • Enter the hallway on the right, take the first hallway on the left, then the second hallway on the left — Suite 129 is the last door on the left
  • Once at Suite 129, the door will be unlocked

Step 2 — Complete Your Skills ▾
  1. Log in to the computer using the same credentials
  2. Start your skills session and follow the manikin's real-time prompts
  3. No instructor present — helpful videos are in the room (scan the QR code on the wall)

Step 3 — Get Your Certification Card ▾
  1. Your card is available immediately after passing
  2. Email it directly from our computer
  3. Log out of your account before leaving

A Few Things to Know Before You Go:

💪 Don't stress if you don't pass the first time — most students need a few attempts. You can retry as many times as you need. Also, if you need a rest break, take it!

⚠️ CPR is physical. If you have wrist, arm, or shoulder discomfort, consider waiting until you feel your best. For those unable to physically pass, we offer a BLS Advisor certification card as an alternative.

💧 Bring Water — staying hydrated helps you perform your best!
