Step 1 — Arrive for Skills Testing ▾

  • We are inside Phenix Salon Suites – Suite 24
  • 🚪 If the front door is locked, use code: 3038# — keypad is at the main entrance
    🔔 After-hours alarm: The alarm panel is located at the front of the building behind the front desk, mounted on the wall. Disarm it by entering 3038 (without the #).
  • 🏢 Finding Suite 24: Once in the lobby, turn left, then turn right and continue all the way down the hall. Before reaching the end, turn right. About halfway down that hall, turn right again. You will find Room 24 on the right-hand side.
  • Once inside, our suite door will be unlocked

Step 2 — Complete Your Skills ▾
  1. Log in to the computer using the same credentials
  2. Start your skills session and follow the manikin's real-time prompts
  3. No instructor present — helpful videos are in the room (scan the QR code on the wall)

Step 3 — Get Your Certification Card ▾
  1. Your card is available immediately after passing
  2. Email it directly from our computer
  3. Log out of your account before leaving

A Few Things to Know Before You Go:

💪 Don't stress if you don't pass the first time — most students need a few attempts. You can retry as many times as you need. Also, if you need a rest break, take it!

⚠️ CPR is physical. If you have wrist, arm, or shoulder discomfort, consider waiting until you feel your best. For those unable to physically pass, we offer a BLS Advisor certification card as an alternative.

💧 Bring Water — staying hydrated helps you perform your best!
