Group Terms of Sale

Effective October 2026. These terms apply to group seats bought on the SureFire CPR group training page.

1. What a seat includes

Each seat covers one person for one course. For BLS, ACLS and PALS, a seat includes the online course and an in-person skills check at any SureFire Skills Lab. MAB and EKG courses are 100% online. Every seat includes unlimited rescheduling.

2. Seat codes

After payment, we email the buyer one booking code per seat. Each code can be used once. Codes never expire.

3. Who can use a seat

The buyer decides who gets each code. Any unused code can be given to someone else on your team.

4. All sales are final

Group seats are non-refundable. Unused seats are not refunded, but they never expire and can be reassigned at any time.

5. Pricing

Prices are set by the number of seats per course at the time of purchase. When one course has 6 or more seats, other courses can be added from 1 seat at that course's 6–9 seat price. Online orders are limited to 25 seats per course. For more seats, contact our group sales team.

6. Payment

Orders on this page are paid by card at checkout. For invoices, contact our group sales team.

7. Booking and certification

Staff book their own location, date and time with their code. Skills Labs are open 24/7. Staff receive their American Heart Association provider eCard after completing the online course and passing the skills check, and can retake the skills check until they pass.
