Step 1 — Arrive for Skills Testing ▾

  • Please arrive at your reserved time
  • We are inside Phenix Salon Suites – Suite 114
  • 🚪 If the front door is locked (after hours), use code: 8929# — keypad is to the right of the door
  • 🚨 Visiting between 10 PM – 6 AM? After entering, disarm the alarm on the panel mounted to the right of the lobby wall. Before leaving, rearm it using the same code: 8929
  • Enter the hallway on the left, follow it until it turns right, continue until Suite 114 is on your left
  • Our suite door will be unlocked

Step 2 — Complete Your Skills ▾
  1. Log in to the computer using the same credentials
  2. Start your skills session and follow the manikin's real-time prompts
  3. No instructor present — helpful videos are in the room (scan the QR code on the wall)

Step 3 — Get Your Certification Card ▾
  1. Your card is available immediately after passing
  2. Email it directly from our computer
  3. Log out of your account before leaving

A Few Things to Know Before You Go:

💪 Don't stress if you don't pass the first time — most students need a few attempts. You can retry as many times as you need. Also, if you need a rest break, take it!

⚠️ CPR is physical. If you have wrist, arm, or shoulder discomfort, consider waiting until you feel your best. For those unable to physically pass, we offer a BLS Advisor certification card as an alternative.

💧 Bring Water — staying hydrated helps you perform your best!
