Collection: EKG Certifications

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is the best EKG class to start with?

Most learners should begin with EKG Level 1, which teaches the fundamentals of EKG interpretation including waveforms, intervals, and rhythm recognition.

Do I need to take the EKG courses in order?

Yes. Each level builds on the previous one. Levels 1–4 are designed to be completed sequentially, or together as part of the EKG Bundle.

How long does it take to complete all EKG levels?

Most students complete all four levels in approximately 10 hours. Courses are fully self-paced.

Do these EKG courses include a certificate?

Yes. You receive a same-day certificate of completion after finishing each course.

Are CEUs available?

Yes. CEUs are available for California nurses (BRN) and California EMTs/paramedics (CAPCE) on select courses and the EKG Bundle.

Do I need prior EKG experience?

No. Level 1 is beginner-friendly and assumes no prior experience.

Are the EKG courses online or in person?

All EKG courses are 100% online and self-paced, allowing you to train anytime.

What is included in the EKG Certification Bundle?

The bundle includes Levels 1–4, covering 64+ rhythms, anatomy, physiology, lead placement, advanced interpretation, and case studies — at a discounted price.

How long do I have access to the courses?

You receive immediate access and can complete the courses anytime. Extensions are available if needed.

Will this help me pass ACLS or PALS?

Yes. Strong EKG interpretation skills are essential for success in ACLS and PALS, and these courses are specifically designed to strengthen that foundation.
